The season of gratitude is upon us. It can be hard to focus on giving thanks if you are busy trying to get your work caught up, family drama, or just adulting, in general. Take a few minutes to ground yourself in gratitude, as we prepare for thanksgiving (here in the US). Not sure how to start practicing gratitude? Psychologist Dacher Keltner guides you through a practice that can help you see the good things in your life that you might otherwise overlook.
We wish you all a happy and healthy thanksgiving. We give thanks for each of you and the contributions you make to the greater academic medicine community.
