    1. Cut yourself a break: resist becoming your own harshest critic
    2. Value time, money, and resources: prioritize your day, then consider the impact of requests from others that eat up your time and resources
    3. Take a victory lap: pause to reflect on recent successes or satisfying moments
    4. Surround yourself with good people: nurture healthy and supportive relationships
    5. Update your workspace: make it a reflection of your best self
    6. Recharge and reboot: get enough sleep, build restoration breaks into your workday
