Hi folks: As our 4th year students scurry about the country having used VSLO to book electives, we are finding it challenging to ensure that we know where everyone is at a given time (kind of like my parenting experience...). While we have been functioning under the professionalism umbrella and asking students to check in and keep us updated, that has not been as effective as we would have liked.
How are other schools doing this? Is there a software solution or a practical methodology (I'm open to both carrot and stick suggestions.
