Academic Medicine Open Forum

During the 2022 Learn Serve Lead meeting, Drs. Johnson, Bernstein, and Salas, challenged the academic medicine community to confront climate change more directly by integrating it into patient care and medical education and reducing the carbon footprint of academic health systems. Building on that call, the AAMC is pleased to offer a new report, Climate Action in Academic Medicine: An Overview of How Medical Schools and Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems are Responding to Climate Change.
