Sonia founded UAID to empower students to eliminate health inequities in their own communities in partnership with local organizations. She applies her passion for public health and management to her consulting firm as well, through which she has worked with organizations ranging from Johns Hopkins University to the Maryland Department of Health to the World Health Organization. In her spare time, she enjoys budget traveling and trying new vegetarian recipes.
